We specialise in delivering a turnkey service to our clients, guiding them from a conceptual brief to the selection of key components such as bottle and cap shape, design look and feel, fragrance exploration, and even packaging design, so that their energy and focus can remain on optimising brand positioning and ultimately driving conversions. Given that this brand had an established product range that was already popular amongst consumers, our focus was to start by sourcing components as similar as possible to the existing product to avoid confusing customers and to deliver the same product experience. We began by tapping into our global network of vendor partners for close matches to the bottle, cap, and unit packaging while also conducting fragrance smelling trials simultaneously to optimise turnaround time. We then leveraged our in-house design studio for rapid prototyping and our bottle decoration plant to produce physical samples, securing the final buy-in from our client on a master pre-production sample. This sample serves as the benchmark for our QA/QC managers once the project moves into production. This freed up valuable time and mental space for our client’s key employees, allowing them to focus on creativity, productivity, and driving their next stage of growth.
